Namely, you’ll be able to see Bruno Clément, the owner of the restaurant chez Bruno in Lorgues (Provence), known as Le Roi de la Truffe (the King of truffles) talking about typical istrian products like istrian malvasia and muscatel, truffles, pasta, fish or scallops, in different locations in Istria by means of witty historical tales of our region.
