L'extravergine is a guide to the world’s best extra virgin olive oils. Now in its seventh edition, the guide’s mission is to provide complete, unbiased information about the world’s olive oils.

The guide includes 34 countries, with a historical, cultural and production overview of each. Chosen from more than 3.000 samples by a panel of professional tasters, it showcases the best extra virgin olive oils from 483 producers in an equal number of pages.

An additional 157 oils which did make the final selection but deserved mention complete the picture for a total of 640 oils presented.

Finally, the guide features the award-winning 15 best producers and their superior extra virgin olive oils, with rankings based on technology and tasting categories.
