Marco Oreggia

A journalist and an eno-gastronomic critic, is a consultant of important headlines of the eno-gastronomic sector. As an agronomic expert, has matured his technical experience on extra virgin olive oils, firstly through years of quality catering, and later thanks to the achievement of the title of Taster at the CCIAA in Rome. At present is a member of the National list of Technicians and Experts of Extra virgin olive oils.

He is the editor of L’extravergine – the Guide to the Best Certified Quality Olive Oil in the World and coordinator of the tasting panel of the same guide. He has organized conventions, laboratories, tasting events and other within the elaiotecnical world in Italy and abroad.

Laura Marinelli

A graduate in Modern literatures with a thesis on Aesthetics, was a consultant of a Radio RAI National radio Cultural redaction’s programme and at present collaborates with a Radiouno broadcast. For several years writes for important headlines of the eno-gastronomic sector. Has attended formation courses for wine tasting and is a Taster of virgin and ekstra virgin olive oils.

She is the deputy-editor of L’extravergine, and has participated to the organization and the communication of laboratories, tasting events and other within the elaiotecnical world in Italy and abroad.

Cristina Tiliacos

A journalist, always loved a good cuisine and good readings. Graduated in Modern literatures – Historical-artistic course, has matured her experience by combining the two areas and by getting specialized of the eno-gastronomic sector. From 1989 collaborates with the most important headlines of the eno-gastronomic sector and for years was the head redactor of important gastronomic and touristic guides.

She is the deputy-editor of L’extravergine, and for years writes about oil – but also about agriculture and consumption – and is the author of various publications on that theme.
