Another accompanying event with similar noble gastronomical purposes named ‘’Homage to the istrian truffle’’ appeared soon after the Golden truffle. Namely, at the evening before the central gourmet festival, we invite renowned chefs from the most respectable truffle growing regions of the old continent.
Our wish is that they, by using our truffle, present their regional traditional delicacies. Since now we have hosted eminent truffle masters from Piedmont, Provence, Tuscany and Napa Valley.
They enjoyed in preparing our truffle and we admired their culinary skills, so everyone discovered some tasty novelty, and the istrian truffle achieved new undreamt dimensions of culinary challenges.
