With this brochure we are proud to present you exclusively the restaurants from the enchanted area of the truffles, restaurants and taverns which are capably and free heartedly dealing with the truffle and their guest. We have selected twelve F&B facilities, amongst many other which offer truffle based menus, for their quality in presenting and serving the truffle, pairing the truffle based dishes with wines, recognizing all the white and black truffle species and especially seasonal truffle based menus.
